Which frame lock is the right one for your bike? There is a wide range to choose from. Thanks to its universally adjustable hole spacing, the 6950M frame lock fits all standard bicycle frames, making your choice easier.
For short stops, such as the bakery, simply attach the frame-mounted lock. It locks the rear wheel of your bike and prevents it from being pushed or ridden away.
If the risk of theft is higher because you leave your bike unattended for a longer period of time, or if it looks attractive to potential thieves, we recommend further protection with a chain lock or another ABUS bicycle lock.
The choice is yours.
In the R version of the 6950M, the key remains in the ABUS XPlus cylinder even when the frame lock is open; in the NR version, it can be removed.
