The TableTop QuikMelt Deluxe is a top-loading kiln that will effectively melt gold, silver, sterling silver, brass, copper, zinc, and other precious and non-precious metals. Its ultralight compact design offers both functionality and portability. The exclusive RapidHeat technology enables firing up to 2200F (1205C) in as little as 10 minutes. This kiln uses a standard U.S. 110V power supply. The QuikMelt Deluxe contains four interchangeable flanges to accommodate five crucible sizes (10 ozt, 30 ozt, 60 ozt, 100 ozt, and 120 ozt); measured in pure gold (other materials capacities will vary). Our Quick Cast is an ultra-fine, oil-bonded and pre-mixed moldable clay/sand mixture that allows you to cast highly detailed silver, gold, and copper materials. This method allows you to virtually duplicate dimensional objects (such as ancient coins, toys, wax, wood, plastics, etc.) with gold, copper, bronze, or silver using this reusable clay. Great for jewelry making. The molds can be made from objects composed of wood, wax, epoxy, plastics, and metal. Quick Cast Sand sand is a cost-effective way to cast your items. Not recommended for designs with undercuts. This is a Delft Clay alternative.

Parting powder provides a non-stick surface while working with the Petrobond quick cast sand/clay (4 ounce package).
