Material: Waterproof 500D Tarpaulin, 600D Polyester with ultrasonic welded seams.

Carrier Compatibility: PakRak IB-RA4, IB-RA5, IB-RA15. Most other touring carriers.
The external pocket zipper is water-resistant, not waterproof.
