Warranty Policy:
Visionary Disc Golf offers the following warranty on brand new products purchased from Visionary Disc Golf or an authorized dealer within the USA, for replacement shipping to the United States only:
◦ Five (5) Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (warranty is only valid to the original user/consumer).
◦ Covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or misuse, including but not limited to inadequate or improper maintenance, improper assembly, improper installation, exposure to chemicals and/or liquids, or fading caused by exposure to sunlight are not covered by warranty. Nets damaged while being used for a different sport other than intended for are not covered by warranty.
◦ Replace damaged or missing parts immediately. Visionary Disc Golf supplies parts for all manufacturer defects. If parts are not available, we will provide like product. The replacement product will be the same SKU as on the original purchase receipt.
◦ Please be advised that Visionary Disc Golf products are designed for independent recreational use only, commercial and extended use of our products voids the warranty.
